She found areas of opportunity for improvement & staging. She brought in agents she considers advisers to review her plan & ensure the right pieces were in place. We had competing offers on day 14.

My purchase came with some procedural challenges based on various factors, (contingency, neighbors, etc.) She made the time & took the effort required to make it happen. It came down to the wire, but come 5pm the day of closing, Audrey made sure keys were in hand. Audrey helped me find a home I'm not likely to move away from any time soon.
